Natural:
Beauty: NO GLITZ
DRESSES ALLOWED!! Contestants may wear face powder, light mascara and lip gloss. Girls over 13 may wear light make-up.
Something like you would wear to school. Please keep age appropriate.
OOC: Anything goes. Any outfit you choose.
Christmas Wear: It can be anything associated with Christmas. Or any type of Winter Wear.
Glitz:
Beauty:
The full hair, make-up, glitz dresses are allowed.
OOC and Christmas Wear: Same as Natural
Props are allowed
and you have a 90 second time limit
Each contestant will need to bring a $5 gift for the gift exchange in your group.
Each contestant will also need to bring 1 blanket to be donated to the “Touch of Warmth” “Queen’s
Unite” event.

for any accidents that may occur while traveling to or from the pageant or while at the venue. I also understand that bad
sportsmanship will NOT BE TOLERATED!! I also understand that violating any rules will result in disqualification without
refund. I grant Elite Miss Universal to use my child’s photos for any upcoming events. I do herby to these rules
